Our business consulting services include determining the tax implications of planned sales, mergers, and acquisitions. We prepare cost projections and cost forecasts. Functioning as a member of a Company's management team, we help clients define their business needs, recruit qualified personnel to meet those needs, train and guide new staff, and master financial management tools. We help prepare complex financial statements with appropriate disclosures. We design, implement, and strengthen cost-accounting systems, install software packages to support them, and train staff in their use. We also deal with banking institutions in our client's behalf.
   
• Accounting & Audit Division: Our basic accounting services include preparation of financial statements and maintenance of accounting records. We provide payroll services and related tax payroll tax reports. We audit and review financial statements in specialized instances.
